Shipping Terms & Conditions

• We courier orders with BobGo and their courier partners.
• Customers can also choose to collect from our Centurion branch or arrange their own courier.
• Unless specified, we always strive to charge the lowest price option for shipping.
• Once the order has been booked for collection and customers request a change of delivery address, any additional costs will be charged for and will result in delays.
• Orders couriered Monday to Friday only.
• Tracking info is provided for Courier and customers are urged to track their orders on the courier website.
• Kindly take note that there are two courier options that will be offered depending on your location, “Standard” and “Express”. “Express” – this option can take up to 3 working days to be delivered, “Standard” – this option can take up to 4-5 working days to be delivered.
• Any orders placed after 11:00am will only be dispatched the following working day.
• Customers outside South Africa, please note that due to the excessive costs of couriering orders overseas, we kindly request that you organize your own courier directly with us after placing your order.
